COVID-19 INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS
Updated 12th of May, 2022
Our clinics will be closed on Friday May 13 for staff professional development, to make an appointment or enquiry please call 02 9568 4573 as our telephones will be attended.
Thank you to all our patients from everyone in the team at Feet First Podiatry for your ongoing support and cooperation with our onsite health and safety protocols.
Some of the key measures that you can trust us to continue are;
The correct wearing of a face mask remains a Feet First Podiatry condition of entry, to be on our premises.
We continue to have many medically vulnerable and or immunocompromised patients attending our clinics, and ask that all patients please continue to respect that mask wearing whilst in our premises, will continue as a legal condition of entry. https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/stay-safe/rules/face-mask-rules#toc-refusing-entry-to-a-premises
If in accordance with the public health order and NSW health, you have a lawful reason for not being able to wear a face mask, please inform our customer service team of this situation BEFORE making an appointment (or attending, if you have already made an appointment) so that we may discuss how best to assist you to receive Podiatry care.
Other key preventative safety steps that will continue;
- Our pre-appointment safety screening questions, and encouragement to reschedule your appointment if you have any symptoms of ill health.
- Maintaining your 1.5m social distance at all times, when in our common (non-treatment) areas.
- To help us manage social distancing, please do not enter the clinic more than ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If attending the clinic with an essential carer/family member, please respect that they might be asked to wait outside (unless providing essential care during the appointment) if our waiting rooms are already fully occupied.
- Please continue to sanitize your hands on arrival at our convenient sanitizing stations.
We will continue to stay abreast of all COVID-19 updates and remain compliant with all public health orders, making changes only as and when needs be.
